Processing Time
All FIYRE products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, shipping times generally range from 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Multiple Items
If your order contains products produced by different manufacturing partners, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fiyre1218@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Delays
FIYRE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to help you track and resolve any shipping issues.
